site but for some reason today it won't accept my password!

A. This could be caused by several reasons such as expired account,
incorrect username and password combination, account abuse or even a server
problem. If you use windows to store your username and password and it
all of the sudden stops accepting it then its a pretty good chance that your

it is surprising how quick this time can pass. For us to look into this problem

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

A. You can cancel your membership by clicking

If you have a 3, 6 or a 12 month membership, there is nothing to cancel.
These do not auto-renew and your membership will expire on it's own.

Q. When I try to download video clips using real player,
the download stops before it's complete!

A. This is a common problem if you're on a slow internet connection!
To play these files more efficiently, right click on the video link and select
'save as'. Choose the location to save the file to, and click save.
Once downloaded, the file will now be on your pc for your viewing
pleasure whenever you please.
Q. There are so many different real player versions,
are they all compatible with the video clips on RTBoys.com?

A. Some versions of real player are not compatible however
if you are having trouble with your free real player. Try downloading

Q. Can I save images to my computer?

A. Yes! Your membership includes unlimited free downloads of
images on RTBoys.com. All images are for personal use only.
Any other use or distribution will be prosecuted.

A. I am sorry but no. We do not respond to any questions regarding
models on this site. We have made promises to all our models that their
identity will remain unknown and their privacy remain intact.

Q. What happens if I share my password?

A. We have software that monitors the number of times you login, from what IP
address and even the amount of bytes you download and the number of pictures
you view. There are preset limits and our system will alert us if the account
has been excessively used by more then 1 person. If this is the case your
account will be deactivated and verotel's fraud department will be notified and
you will be prohibited from ever using their billing services again.
