Q. I have been using my account with no problem and logging into the site but for some reason today it won't accept my password! A. This could be caused by several reasons such as expired account, incorrect username and password combination, account abuse or even a server problem. If you use windows to store your username and password and it all of the sudden stops accepting it then its a pretty good chance that your account has EXPIRED. Most non recurring accounts are good for 3 months, it is surprising how quick this time can pass. For us to look into this problem for you we REQUIRE the following information: 1 - Your name and return e-mail address. 2 - The e-mail address used at the time of sign-up if different. 3 - Your username and password. Q. When I try to download video clips using real player, the download stops before it's complete! A. This is a common problem if you're on a slow internet connection!
